liver detox supps worth it?

do you guys that liver detox supps work when an androgen cycle? milk thistle- NAC- ALA

any one done blood work to confirm if they work or not?
 
Yes they do work. One thread that I mention alot is for mdien bloodwork. Supersoldier had higher ALT/AST values at 6-8mg/day dose of mdien than he did when taking 10mg/day with 600-1800mg ALA per day.
