Liv.52 causing sideffects?

I noticed when I was taking liv.52 by Himalaya for liver care during and after my m-drol cycle I started having irregular bowel movements and i would get constipated every 2-3 days..I recently stop taking it and have been fine for a week so I'm thinking it was the product.

Does anyone know what in liv.52 would cause this?
Also I have liv.52 in liquid form do you think i can take the liquid without getting the sideffects?

not sure have you tried taking a little magnisium or adding extra fiber to your diet. i have used liv 52 several times and never had that side affect.
