Lithium Orotate

Anyone used this before or currently using it? I'm looking for thoughts or impressions on using it to help with rapid mood swings, anxiety and depression. I'm taking pregnenolone and it definitely helps some with anxiety and an improved mood but was thinking about adding lithium to see if it made things even better.
