liquidex or liquinolva??

ok i am about to start my Havoc, sustanon 250 stack. I have my cycle support, and all the pct i need. The only question is, which should i use liquidex or liquinolva, i have both on hand. Which is better to hault bloating?? and how in the world do i get .25mg of liquidex. I know i can use a needleless syringe but, how many cc's = .25 liquidex??? .25mg is best for the liquidex right? and do i take it during the whole cycle with the cycle support?? or should i use nolva? please help, thanks

arimidex will be better at controlling bloat and to use it at .25mg you must examine the content of your product. most are dosed at 1ml=1mg so .25ml will equal .25mg

my bottle says 30ml, 1mg/ml

so 1ml is 1mg, therefore .25ml will be .25mg
