Liquid Tamoxifen

i just got off a 30 day cycle of superdrol 20mg a day. i'm going to start my pct with 40mg of tamoxifen and 3 pills of 6oxo a day. i know its best to take the 6oxo at night but when is the best time to take the 40mg of tamoxifen. will i take the 40mg together or split the doses up?
