Ok so i got liquid tamox for my pct from a 6 week cycle of epistane and if i got tabs i was gonna go 20/20/10/10 but now that i have liquid and its mL how much do i take?

It's probably 20mg per ml. Check your source of it though. If it is then you would do 1ml/1ml/.5ml/.5ml to equal 20/20/10/10

exactly this.

they usually make it easy. it will say like 20mg/ML which means 20mg = 1 ml of nolva. its almost hard to find something different. just get a dropper.
