Liquid Tadalafil Pre Workout Discussion

Has anyone found there to be a magic amount of time to take liquid Tadalafil pre workout?
Half hour? Hour? Or is there any benefit to taking it pwo instead of just a normal daily/eod dose in the morning or evening?

Also, what dosage do you like to maximize the pump factor, but still keep it's originally intended effects manageable 🤣

I just tried 15mg 30 minutes before a workout and got a great pump which seemed to last hours.

Taking it pre workout or the night before will not make a difference, it's active in your system for 3ish days. What ppl should do is take 5mg daily to get all the low dose health benefits and as a side effect you will get slightly better pumps in the gym, better then most pump supplements. If you want a immediate effect for direct pre workout use you need a fast action inhibitor like Viagra/sildenifil

Peak blood plasma concentration of Cialis is reached within 30 minutes to six hours (average about two hours) of a dose and its effects last for up to 36 hours, so there's a pretty big window of time when you can take it for maximum effect.

I take 5mgs every morning. Pump is crazy good..

Years ago, on this forum, a member said it perfectly..

Cialis and caffeine is what every preworkout wishes it could be.

I would say 1 to 3 hours before, as it is the estimated time for maximum concentration in the blood. I've tried it immediately before, 30 minutes before 1 hour and 2 hours before and from 1 hour before it always broke the same. sorry my english i'm portuguese.
Dose from 5mg to 15mg, in my opinion, 15mg every other day 1 hour or so before training is my go-to

Eu diria 1 a 3 horas antes, pois é o tempo estimado para máxima concentração no sangue. Eu tentei imediatamente antes, 30 minutos antes de 1 hora e 2 horas antes e de 1 hora antes ele sempre disparou o mesmo. desculpe meu inglês eu sou português.
O pico de concentração plasmática de Cialis é dentro de uma dose média de 30 minutos (em cerca de duas horas) e seus efeitos duram até 36 horas, então há uma hora de tempo bastante grande para o efeito máximo.

My body has either an unreasonable tolerance to Cialis, or my body is literally the worst at absorbing drugs. If I want to get ridiculous pumps I will take 40-60mg pre-work. For my weekly supplementation though I take 20mg eod and don't really bother wasting it for extra pump anymore

There are many, many, many ppl who do not respond to cailis, same goes for Viagra and the other things in this catagory. Try some Viagra, then try some vardenifil aka levetra.

You will probably find that one of the 3 works far better for you then the others and that's the one you should probably be using

I can take unreasonable amounts of all 4 LOL it I was kinda famous for it years back on another forum. I respond well to all of them, doesn't matter the dose, it's just that I can take of any boner pill with zero sides is hilarious. I just stick with 20mg because they were out of stock of 10mg and I've got enough to last me 2 years... 4 if I stop being lazy and split them

You can also add beetroot powder/juice as a source of nitrates or citrulline to increase blood arginine concentration, maybe both?

I have not used it lately but have use 5mg a day to combat BPH, I would take it 30minutes PWO and enjoy the extra pump!

Nitrates with PDE5 inhibitors can cause your blood pressure to drop too low, so you should take care. I'm using tadalafil and beetroot powder as a supplement and haven't had any problems though.

Doesn't matter what time of day you take it. It's like a 3 day half life.

From my experience, more than 20mg only increases the chance of side effects (I even tried 60mg). And no dose will leave you with boner all day long.
It's like a nitric oxide enhancer, if you're not going to train you might not even feel it.
