I just bought a bottle (50mg/ml bottle of this for a friend. Myself, I'm not sure on the dosing. He stands about 6' & probably around 190lbs..

start at 50 mg,i take 100mg

I don't believe the dosing is a function of height/weight...

start out at 25mg's, move to 50 or 75 if need be...I popped a 100mg's once and the associated headache was miserable!

I'll let him know. This guy is the kind that thinks "more is better".. I actually considered not telling him & letting him experience the headaches, LOL!!!
