What’s the best way to take liquid SARMs? Keep under tongue or just knock it back?

Just knock it back. Sarms have excellent bioavailability. Well at least the main ones ostarine, lgd, s4.

Agreed just swallow it down, Im sure its hard to believe, but Ive chased down Osta and Cardarine with Diet Peach snapple...... I know, but I swear its the best thing to chase it with it masks the taste fantastically
