Liquid nolvadex abnormal reaction

I've recently developed little red dots on my torso and I'm thinking it's from the nolvadex. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

I haven't. I had little shooting tingling sensations after dosing. Only lasted a bit. Barely noticeable.
