I am about to do PCT but I had a question.

I plan to take 2ml week 1-2 and 1ml week 3-4
Should I split up my Nolva dosages 12 hrs apart and take 1ml in the morning and 1ml at night, or should I do them all at the same time of day?

Do you all squirt it in a protein shake or just do it straight?

just take it all at once.. and squirt it in your mouth. dont want to risk losing any to the sides of your blender/glass/whatever

Take it all right before bedtime. If unflavored, use a small amount of orange juice to mask the battery acid taste...

Liquid tastes awful, so I use syringe to squirt it to the capsule. One 00 cap exactly can hold 1ml.

There is another thread where people talked about the dosage for liquid
nolva (from custom). 60 mg of tamoxifen citrate = 40mg of nolva was the conclusion
that they came up with. I think that would be 3 ml ed to start with.

I believe it would look like this if you were dosing starting from 60.
Week 1 - 60mg or 3ml/day

Week 2 - 60mg or 3ml/day

Week 3 - 45mg or 2.25ml/day

Week 4 - 30mg or 1.5ml/day
