Liquid Nolva Help?

Ok, just finishing my ostarine cycle I've been on for 8 weeks, I have two bottles of 30ml liquid Nolva. I've always used caps prior with different cycles, I'm wondering how do I take the liquid and how often? Should I take it straight or mix it in with a beverage? Any suggestions on this and dosing would be awesome!!!!

Take an oral syringe and measure out an ML or whatever dosing ml to mg conversion you want, and either squirt in mouth and wash with a drink or you can add to a drink, would probably ruin it though.

The dropper itself is a 1 ml dropper, so you can use it, I do.

As body said, you can down it straight or throw it in a shot of orange juice to get it down.
