Liquid Nolva dosage

Im kinda confused on the amount of nolva i should take. The bottle says 30ml @25mg/ml It comes with the liquid dropper so exactly how much is a ml??? and how much should I run??
 
Wow, are you serious? There's absolutely no way to confuse that. It says mg/ml that's how many mg there are per ml

Really don't get the issues
 
I get that part. I just not sure on the amount of mg im suppose to take... I thought asking here would be easy but these boards dont seem to be too helpful
 
Take 1mg for a week or two depending on the PH you are taking then drop it to .5ml for the remainder of the 4 weeks
 
If your confused about the amount in the dropper, mine has a mark for 1ML and .5ML- The 1ML is almost a whole dropper full.
