From what i've heard, they both work about the same amount of time=about 30 minutes.

liquid bro... the residula effect lasts for days and days... it takes a little longer to kick in then the pill form for some reason.. but i swear youll be like super man for 4 days or so... i take about 4 squirts under the tounge of liquid on thurs night before i go out... dunno how much that is.. 12mg maybe... and im good for the whole weekend..
