liquid 4-ad

seen tons of posts on this product and over the past week read and read. only thing i havent seen is what people are dosing for liquid 4-ad. i see many are doing 600 trans but should this be 300 2x a day? little confused on this.

I wouldn't think that this would be the best way to take regular 4-AD. Now, M4-AD I could see being taken orally...but I'd go with the t/d 4-AD only from what I've read. Hopefully someone else can shed some light on this because I am far from an expert on this topic but this is just my .02.
