Liposhield dosing questions

Does anyone have a preference of when they take liposhield or a time that they think is most optimal time to take it? I currently take it in the am with my greens but have debated taking it pre workout instead. Just wanted to pick the brains of everyone that’s been using it for awhile now and get some ideas.
 
Am before food is good and I actually will take it pre-bed for my second dose. Get a little warm from the RK but nothing too bad... especially since it’s winter and the house is cold ?

Solid scheme. I take it AM, pre workout, and with dinner which is about two hours before bed (and is my post workout meal)

Taken pre workout it can help utilize fatty acids for fuel, sparing glycogen+burning fat stim free... win win

So I decided that I will take it with my cardio in the am, and may add a second dose in the evening. Will experiment with the am dose for now and add more later if I feel it would be worth it!
