lipoderm and cap

Would you put the am application of cap cream and lipoderm on before or after morning cardio?
Depends on your schedule really. If you want to put it on before, wait a while, I kind of remember reading on Avants site like 2 hours, before exercising/sweating. If not, the cap will run downward - not a feeling you want. Also, if you are going to shower right after cardio, it would make more sense to wait to apply the lipo/cap until after you shower.

Have you tried the cap/lipo yet? I did a twice daily apllication, once after my morning cardio/shower and again before bed (minus the cap). It seemed to tighten up my midsection nicely. However, the cap really burns the first few times on, and continues to burn when you apply it to new areas.

Hope this helps.

These are good words to heed.

Lok - I don't see how you and Spook can tolerate Cap. Unless the burning significantly lessens as you apply day after day.

I was trying to put ice on my stomach. It was bad.

From my experiences with cap, the pain seems to lessen after successive days of use and actually subsides pretty much after 4-5 days. However, when you hit a new spot, like if you go higher onto the chest or, even worse lower, the cap will burn these areas that have not been exposed before.

I remember the first time I tried the cap/lipo combination, it hurt beyond belief and my stomach turned deep red like a bad sunburn. But, the combination definitely had a tightening effect on my midsection and was worth the slight discomfort for a few days.

Thanks, that kindof clears that one up. I havent started yet, waiting another week or so just to drop another few lbs first. I'll prob be doing the same as you lipo+cap am, and just lipo pm. If the area does desensitise as it says it should on the cap cream i got i'll start using the cap in the evening as well. I'm looking to do it for 6-8 weeks in my quest to drop 5%bf in a 12 week cut
