Hey guys! What are proven supplements to decrease triglycerides and LDL and will increase HDL? And what doses should be taken?

Garlic (I suggest Kyolic)
Fish Oil
Berberine
Olive Leaf Extract
Curcumin (Theracurmin is my favorite)
Ashwagandha (KSM-66)
Black Cumin maybe
Red Clover Extract possibly
Policosanol (examine.com questions the research, though)

Niacin

I think Omega-7 is looking really promising

I am not being argumentative here, but why do you say this? It is a non-essential fatty acid that your body can readily make on its own. This in itself does not mean that there is no need, because there are things we make on our own that we just don't make enough of, or we don't make enough of in certain conditions, but I haven't found any co co Cing evidence of this as yet.

Maybe it is conditionally necessary....or maybe you have seen a study or evidence in real life that suggests something I dont know about.

who cares- lipids are nearly meaningless for manipulation- don't believe the lies about low HDL or high LDL as being good/bad- study lipid science, read Stephanie seneff's work

It boosted HDL from 64.18 to 102.45 while 3g Fish oil did 56.64 to 59,03.
Even just 1g krill oil boosted from 57.22 to 82.35

3g krill oil decreased LDL from 172.81 to 105.16 while 3g Fish oil did 121.67 to 117.83

The only bad With Krill oil is the price :)

Wow! That's amazing I wonder what the difference is because I though omega 3s were the only active ingredient. Does krill oil have a higher concentration?

I believe krill oil also has astaxanthin. That could be the difference.

The main reason is the bioavailability.
EPA and DHA found in krill oil are bounded to Phospholipids
