Lions Mane as a Nootropic

I will probably do the same. Do you take 1tsp all at once or split twice a day? Also, any acute effects from it that you notice? I went ahead and just ordered it, I've never tried any of those mushrooms before, I am pretty intrigued to see how they work.

Days I lift I take one serving with my pre workout. Days I don’t lift I mix both servings in my coffee.

Honestly, it’s a mild effect if anything. I feel more situationally aware and a little more focused. That’s it.
