Hah thanks, it was a pretty good session. Pumps were crazy and I have been pretty dry these past few days so it felt like I was ripping out of my skin . I'm gonna need to start up building up to that recomp soon, so I will have some extra fuel finally for these workouts!
 
Hah thanks, still on that cut. But gonna start recomping as I'm hitting a plateau. Been cutting for several months now with only a small break in October. I think I goofed this week when I went into keto i was barely getting in my calories.
 
Kind of a toss up at the moment. But looking like a trenavar/SD cycle, but I also have ostarine and dermacrine on hand so might toss those in for joints.

Yeah, gentlemen seems like my cycle plans with tren are not going to happen, so scrapping the whole idea and up for suggestions for my next cycle. Not looking to inject at moment, even if I want to just not in my books because of situations. So oral or derma application and it doesn't matter if it is legal or not. I'm going for a recomp/lean bulk, so let's hear those suggestions! :D

Haha after playing with volume for a bit it just becomes norm as the body adjusts it at least mine does. Going to going into that recomp and finalizing my cycle plans.

Very weird. I have been getting sick more frequently than ever before. Feel like I might be overtraining. Calories are around 2k, haven't been getting much sleep, workouts are brutal. (2hr long)

It helped out greatly, as it usually takes me some time to finally pass out at around 11.

2. This product provided deep, restful sleep 5
Never woke up for no reason, slept throughout the night, except on rare occasions like needing to take a wiz.

3. This product enhanced my recovery 5
Recovery was up as in the beginning I was going to the gym 4 times a week hitting muscles twice a week without no problems

When it came to chilling out, this really helped me out, especially if I was anxious for the next day.

5. I really enjoyed this product and would recommend it to family and friends 5
My girl has some trouble sleeping so was trying to get her to take some, but that jury is out for now haha she thinks it is weird to drink something for better recovery/sleep, but I would recommend to others

I love lemonade, so lemon ice is great, but I'd prefer like regular lemonade or raspberry lemonade flavor :)


Overall score 4.99999! Overall good product, but would get all 5 if it was raspberry lemonade.
