Took my first dose of rise and swell in the morning, oh boy the DAA was real haha. My stomach was all wobbly from taking the the rise and swell, because of the DAA.

Thank you sir! Gonna keep adding on 5lbs each week if my body permits. Changing up my routine to 3 times a week. 2 day split and last day will most likely be full body.

Dang 500 pound squatter?! Thats awesome! Thats my goal is to squat 500. I can deadlift it and bench 325 but can only squat 405:/

I eat peanuts and almonds in between meals when the hunger sets in. Works well.
 
IF is a good protocol to run IMO. Pop a fat burner in the morning while in fasted state than in the 8hr frame it seems like you get to eat more and I feel much fuller
 
I'm really biting my nails on what to pick up for my New Years cycle. After my cutting I'm going to do some lean bulking, so trying to figure out what I should take. Any recommendations are welcome. So far I've looked into msten, mithra, and epistane.

Yeah I have been hearing that. When I start injecting in gonna a stick with the basic test and tren as I haven't heard too many people faking those.

Yeah I forget where I saw the 10second deep breath method but it works great on big reps.

And thanks ha, if I was eating in a surplus I'd be growing for sure. My strength has been constantly going up.
 
Btw. If you guys want to feel like you are working your biceps, do 21s. I did the 3 movements of 21s split up, meaning I did 50 curls from my side to 90 degree angle, then did 50 from 90 degree to chin, and then I did full range for 50... My arms were swollen to summarize this.
