Night sweats have been crazy lol. Been sleeping throughout the night except for last night. Woke up and went and sat on the couch to sleep, I feel less sick sitting up while I sleep.
 
Dropped the cycle and went into pct.. Sickness was not doing me well, golden rod piss, **** as dark as night, not being able to to eat..

I don't have any knowledge of the oxime structure, but the og m1t was the most deathly and horrid steroid experience I have ever had, by FAR..
extreme lethargy, even more extrme back pumps, joints hurting and no flexibility from the excruciating amount of waterweight I held, liver stress..
it was ugly....harshest steroid ever invented, not suitable for use by anyone imo

^^ keep an eye on this bro. I had this happen to me on cycle last year (Epi/Tren/Msten )run. Piss was all dark like that. I ended up with jaundice ... Just putt'n in my 2¢.

again, the most likely culprit of night sweats is hormonal imbalance, via steroid use...
I just want to be clear about this, since you list and discuss this effect in our product review thread, so that others reading do not infer that our product is responsible
 
Huh, yeah sorry if it sound like I was implying that. I wasn't putting the blame on my night sweats on any of the products be it finaflex or Celtic labs, I'm sick so I was putting blame on that, possibly a cold of some sort.
 
Yeah haha me too thanks :). Actually did start feeling much better yesterday so waking up randomly at night was confusing. I think it was just because I had built up mucus needed to cough up hahaha.

Yeah I'm planning on hitting up the gym tomorrow so all the recovery I can get will be great haha I already have a feeling I'm gonna be flatish in gym. Hovering at 160~ from sickness
 
Alright need some guidance on this move haha. Ab rollouts. I'm using a dumbell that rolls, but this **** seems incredibly difficult and painful on the abs haha in a good way. Does anyone suggest starting on your knees first and progressing to regular push-up position?

Yep. That's how you start. Lol
They are intimidating the first few times you do them.
 
Yeah I did some more the hell of it to see how it works and boy that is no joke.. How many are people doing of these in one routine? Besides those I'm going to do stomach vacuums and weighted crunches for direct ab work
 
Another thing is back last week a trainer in the gym told me I was doing the lateral raises wrong and would get tennis elbow from locking my joints how I did, he said to have my arms in a 90degree angle and than do it... Thoughts? Delts are lacking as well
 
Ab rollouts are hard as hell. How many i can do depends on how often I do them. Max I've done is 20x? Kenpo can bust them out though...

Personally, I don't know a PT that I respect enough to take advice from. So...
 
That is what I was thinking bent.. I never seen anyone do how he was saying lol, I mean I shouldn't of been locking my elbows.. Been thinking I need to get my delt game going, but seeing as I'm cutting I'm not expecting growth.

So just do my normal ab work and toss in like 5 rolls? I'm splitting my ab work to days I'm not in the gym.. Just no way I can hit them on my big days.
 
I also like to finish with my pinkys higher than my thumbs but I cant say it makes much difference as opposed to lifting with out the strict little finger placement
 
I never get anything out of ab roll outs maybe I am not doing them properly? Anyone have a link to a video showing the correct form ?

You will know when you are doing it right lol, feels like yours abs are getting stretched and about to bust out lol at least that is what I noticed
 
November 9th
Hit up the gym today first time since last Monday. Didn't do too much, the barebones and that is it. So kind of a sucky workout, but this week was supposed to be a deload either way so meh.. Will spice it, just didn't want to go super ham in there today.

Yeah it did feel good to be back! Haha. Though she I was doing this tricep pulldowns my abs were screaming! Lol those ab rollouts are no joke

Yeah haha thanks, changed up my routine a bit, used to have the bicep work be in a super set, but took that out to do higher volume work. The pumps was real, just swollen.

Standing Military Press
Dips
BB Shrugs
DB Lateral Raises
Concentration Curls

That was tonight's session, I like to wing it some days and just do whatever feels right..

I'll have to go back and check out your sessions, maybe get some ideas for a change up..
 
Yeah I gotcha changing it up is always good. So many different ways to do certain exercises like machine, db, barbell, only one I haven't used so far are the cables. Only have used cables for tricep pd, face pulls, and lat pulldowns
