Does anyone have any suggestions for limiting my wife's intake of environmental estrogens or even maximizing her testosterone level (naturally and safely of course) to the upper limit for a female?
The reason I'm asking is that she is pregnant. Although we haven't found out the sex of the baby yet, I would like to make sure that if we are having a boy, he gets a good head start on maximizing his genetic potential as a male. I've read there are key times during the pregnancy that the fetus is flooded with testosterone.
I could care less if he wants to bodybuild or play sports or whatever(as long as he's active somehow). I just want to make sure he has all the advantages he can get, physically or otherwise.
