Finally got around to using the new "Pre-Workout Setup".
I usually train fasted a.m., so I've been using AP with my backloaded carb meals at night. Then MaxREPS + ModernPre in the morning. Pumps have been AMAZING, energy fantastic, and endurance through the roof!
Yesterday I had to train at 7pm. So I had AP, 30 minutes later had some rice, broccoli and chicken. Two hours later MaxREPS + ModernPRE. Half hour later:
Deadlift 5x5
Pendley Row 5x5
Close grip Bench 5x5
Dumbbell curl 3x30 /ss/tricep pushdowns 3x20
Wrist curls 3x20, reverse wrist curls 3x20
COC Grippers
Felt strong and pumped for damn near 2 hours. Extra reps on the high rep work, and kept with my planned increases on the strength work.
For the price, taste and profile these will be keeping a permanent place in my stack for the foreseeable future.
FYI - my staple pre and post stack added to this included carnitine, beta alanine, as well as extra creatine and Betaine post, to bring up those to clinical doses.
