Lil help. MEDROL verses Now Brand D-Flame

Whacked

Medrol aka Methylprenisolone was prescribed for me. Had minor knee surgery (meniscus).

I hate this crap. Makes me eat non-stop (literally) and feel like total ass.

Can I take this instead at high doses?

Damn, I need some of that for my bulk. :D

Seriously, DFlame is a bit underdosed, and I'm not sure high doses will have the desired effect. I would try cissus AND high dose curcumin instead.

And I would check with my dr first. You don't want to **** up recovery.

Talk to your doc if you want to stop using Medrol. As you probably know, stopping it abruptly can be fatal.

You can't really compare Medrol and something like D-Flame: One is a potent Corticosteroid, the other's just a blend of herbal extracts.

Ummmm I didnt know that

I was only ON for 2 days of the scheduled 6 (it's a 6-day regimine). I quit today and switched to high dose D-Flame (8 caps/day). Am I going to die? :p

So, what was the point of this thread if you switched already anyway? It's never smart to discontinue prescription meds without consulting the physician who prescribed them first. No matter what the "bros" on the internet might say.

PS: No, you're probably not going to die after just two days.
