Lifting and Training

Just seeing how many days you all train, and how many you lift as well in a week. I train M-W-S and Lift MWF but kinda feel like I am overtraining....
 
Damn, well I train 2x/day Monday through Saturday. M, T, H, Sat I lift; spar M, W; BJJ T, H, Sat; cardio/conditioning on M, W, F
 
It may depend how you lift. I don't train MMA so take my words with a grain of salt, but I recall from Rodja's log that he eliminated DL because he was having trouble recovering from it and it was effecting his MMA training too much.

Yup, I don't do deads and squats leading up to my fights because of their detrimental effects on my CNS and connective tissue. If I wasn't training MMA professionally, though, then I would be doing both of them.
