Im kinda in doubt about this, I'm gonna restart training MMA but I dont wanna drop the weights.
I have two options, the first one is MMA at lunch time then lifting the same say at 7pm and resting the following day.
The second one is MMA mon-wed-fri and lifting tue-thu-sat so that would leave only sunday to properly rest.
Clearly Im not gonna lift as much as I do now.
What do you think guys?
Keep in mind I'm 33 so the risk to burn my CNS exists.
