Lifting and joint pain

Anyone have a good recommendation for a supp, etc. for joint pain? I have a bad shoulder and it usually doesnt bother me until I do incline or military press or pullups. Sometimes I will sleep on it wrong and wake up with alot of pain but its getting better since taking fish oil and ibuprofin daily.

Try warming up your shoulder joint real well before your workout,
Fish oil, and orange triad both work wonders for my 46 year old joints.
Good luck.
Peace

Thanks for the input guys. Cissus on the way and Rodja, thanks for the article!
I assume its ok to take Cissus along side of fish oil?

Oh yeah. I've turned a lot of people on to cissus and fish oil. It has worked wonders for me. My brother started taking it about 6 months ago because his 30 year old body is wrecked from MX racing and he said he feels like he did before all the damage was done.

Kenalog shot! usually fixes me right up.

Need to be careful with this, steroid injections can cause tissue damage if overused. Per my ortho guy, no more than 3 in a 6 month time frame
