Lifting after injection

Hey guys,

I was wondering how everyone handles lifting after injections.

With my schedule it's just unavoidable I'm going to have to lift chest after injecting in my delt. Idk why I'm even worried about it but I was curious if anyone else has any personal rules about how long to wait after injecting a muscle or an adjacent muscle to lift

It’s actually ideal, as the bloodflow tends to help lessen pip. Best thing you can do with delts is train or use them a little right after you hit them. I feel this way about most sites except pecs, really.

Now if you already have PIP, like it’s the next day after, then you are probably going to experience some stiffness or decrease in function. But within a few hours it’s usually just fine for me. And as some sites get used to it, you won’t even notice anymore once the muscle isn’t virgin & used to shots.

I agree on all points...lifting does help minimize the pip.

Totally agree with @Hyde as usual. When you lift after you inject the movement will start getting the depot to disperse the oil. This is probably bro science but I've had some guys tell me it can actually reduce pip. Don't know about that only because if it's virgin muscle there's gonna be some pip

I agree with the above posts as well, I lift about 2 hours after my inj and it feels fantastic once the blood gets going in the muscle it loosens up any pip I might be having.

I’m on TRT and have been for nearly 10 years. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve injecting right before leaving the house to drive 15 minutes to the gym. No issues what so ever for me.

I find if I lift the same day as I pin, I'll be more likely to get a knot there while working that muscle group. Not always, but it happens.

What @Hyde said and to be honest I have never thought about it, I lift or do whatever I have planned regardless of what or where I have injected.

I like to pin delts, hop in the car and go train delts, or pin glutes or upper outter quads and then train legs. Only body part I won't pin before training is chest, I think it's too easy to tear a pec. I wish I wasn't afraid to pin arms because I'd like to pin arms before training them.

I feel like it makes for a better mind muscle connection pinning a muscle before training it.

Is that correct? Idk, it's just what I like to do sometimes/most times
