Lifted is Quaking up over here!

Damn now I'm hungry for steak, maybe Wednesday, today is turkey tacos and tomorrow is healthy pizza since I want lots of carbs for soccer, so probably steak and beans Wednesday!

Used some stimmed Quake for today's posterior split, had me amped up to the gills, I love it.

I know those numbers ain't exactly impressive but I'm working on slow and controlled reps for maximum muscle fiber recruitment. Want to gain slowly​ but surely.

Last bit of info today was I may have finally found a non-invasive procedure to fix my foot!!! Spent the first part of day in Cleveland meeting with an excellent Dr who should be able to fix my Morton's Neuroma, which is great considering I've had this God awful curse over a year now lol.

Weighed in at 169 this morning. I had a massive cheat meal Saturday so my caloric average for last week would be around 2500-2600. Sunday I was lax with my measurements on chicken and baked potato dinner lol.

Either way going to try to stick around 2600 cals for this week's average.

So Quake stim free did not disappoint!
Mixed perfectly, no film, no foam, no grit. Very happy with that.
Flavor was great, began feeling effects about 10-15 minutes after taking it.

The wife and I were having a lil verbal domestic yesterday before the gym so my focus wasn't great during the workout itself, will have to give you a better review on that next session.

Pump and endurance was sick, most of my workout was spent doing supersets and I was going hard, very little rest time between sets.

Naw last night's sesh was on the stim free...today's is my last packet of the stimmed... bittersweet, especially since it's legs lol...

This week will be all over the place for pre workouts.

Monday: (2p)solo chest/Tris abs session after work, going to run 2 scoops of Isatori PWR V2

Tuesday: will be soccer (6p) with Xtend Perform then legs/deadlifts (7p) Quake Stim free

Wednesday: (5p) back/bis Quake stim free.

Thursday: (2p)solo happy birthday to me shoulder session with Gat PMP

Friday: chest (unk time) final Gat PMP packet most likely

Saturday: legs at some point with pull ups and abs; unk pre.

Sunday: fishing, probably going to sip Xtend throughout​ the day

I've taken off Friday and Saturday, so definitely not a normal week for me, but my log will return to more consistency the week after that.
 
Im hitting legs at 4 PM If you are there I will need you for a dropset, and to also make sure I don't die or get buried in the process

How on earth are you doing both of those on the same day? I think I would die. I hope your at least doing the soccer first.
Lol yeah, Soccer first plus Xtend Perform, Quake as soon as I leave field and then high rep deads.
 
Hey guys just short little update​.

So last night was soccer, deads, and I threw in a bit of leg isolation.

Not only was indoor soccer field hot AF but so was the gym last night. Both buildings had to be in the 90s* so my performance, even with the Xtend Perform and Quake stim free was a bit lacking.

Soccer I played nearly the whole time, took a break in the first half when my shoe lace came untied and I figured I could grab a breather on the bench.

The towards end of second half just because I was drenched in sweat.

Got to gym and started a deads set. Really focusing on form and speed of reps so weight was nothing major.

Moved over to leg presses and hit 4 sets of single leg presses. One each leg and then 1 both legs counted as a set.

200x12 each leg plus 12 both legs x 4 sets

Weight is sitting around 172, 2600 cals/day with some cheat days sprinkled in on weekend.

Going to stay at 2600/day until June, try to be stricter next week, this week I'm doing some birthday partying, cake, pizza, and I'm allowing myself 1 night of a bit of booze.

Been between 168-172 weight fluctuations all this month and I'm only increasing calories to 2700/day next month to try to keep gains as lean as possible.

Even with playing soccer before hand I still had energy to hit it up. Would have probably done some more leg isolation too if the wife didn't want to get home.

I was training around 7:00

I didn't notice much pumps during my deads but then again I was trying not to die of heat stroke.

When I was doing the leg presses there was definitely some blood in the thighs. Blew up pretty good.

Performance was off from the sweating, I was pretty drained.

Endurance, even after soccer, like I said was there, just didn't have to time to really push it.

As for my nutrition I know my body pretty well. Any issues that arise in my weight gain or loss is due to me not being strict enough. I'm an Endomorph but I have the appetite of an ectomorph.
 
Alright gang, birthday activities all finished up. Only got a chance to use Quake once last week.

Noticed right off the bat on lat pull down a deeper mind-muscle connection to lats.

Got great pumps in back as well as biceps.

Feel like I'm getting stronger on lat pull downs as well as pull ups so may have to start adding on some plates.

Product tastes great every scoop and mixes perfectly, have no noticed any clumping or grittiness since opening the tub.
Endurance has been excellent, I think the humidity in the gym can attest to the value of this products intensity, I can still hit my workouts hard even though I'm sweating my face off! Lol

That's all for now, had a great weekend. Saw Alien Covenant, it was pretty great, lots of action and gore. Went fishing, no muskie yet but the season is young, and cheated on my diet, a lot...lol back to a cleaner bulk now though.

To test the theory if my performance is calorie related or pre related I did two back sessions this week, one fasted and one fed. Noticed the same levels of intensity and focus. Lat pull down numbers have jumped considerably since last week and pull ups went from 4 sets of 8 to 4 sets of 10. And these are strict form pull ups, no kipping bull**** WHILE adding weight to my frame on the bulk. (Which has been **** lately, haven't​ been keeping my diet strict (clean) enough to keep gains lean)

Yesterday ran into The Solution. He was on his back day and I was hitting shoulders.

Did some ART pre workout to get loosened up. Shoulders have been super tight.

Had Quake in my shaker and attacked the weights way harder than I thought I'd be able to. Really think I'm getting some good feedback from my delts which has definitely been the goal for this bulk.

Best part about Quake is that I'm crushing these workouts and still sleeping like a baby after I get home. Really need that good, deep sleep to grow. So super glad I got picked for this trial.

I train before close on Sunday too, again nobody in there. usually more crowded in the morning, and its nice to get a few meals in me on Sunday before training. 1-3 Chest and Shoulders
 
I hear ya, nice open gym to yourself. Usually hit legs Saturday but I won't be off work till 6pm

What's up man!! Look at you looking all lean and mean. Def got that atheistic cut up summer look going on. Last time I saw a pic of you, you ran andro1&4 on a bulk and looked think and juicy, lol. We did the same thing, I hit 195, but I'm around 178 now :/ I feel like I lost to much ass, trying to put some back on, but I'm cut up!
 
I lost everything after PCT, I was hella disappointed. So now I'm going on a long natty bulk. But glad to see you dude, glad you're still crushing it!
 
Dang man, did you scale back your food or something? Supprised you didn't keep some of those gains. At least with a long natty bulk you know the gains are going to stick with you.
 
I kept at maintenance with PCT and then slowly cut. I was pissed. Found my liver levels were jacked afterwards too, so I don't think I can go enhanced, even with just Andros, with my current meds.... ****ing blows

Dang dude, that sucks. If I recall you had on-cycle and everything. Guess whatever meds you were/are taking had a bad reaction with the andros. I discovered that I don't respond well to andro 1. I'm trying 19&epi for the first time, and can already tell a difference (positive that is).
 
Yeah I ran thorough cycle support during and natty anabolics in post.
 
Yesterday was just a short deadlift season.
I have been exhausted lately, crashing on the couch like seconds after getting home, luckily Quake is keeping me honest in the gym.

I'm getting closer to the bottom of the tub and haven't had any issues​. No clumping is always a good thing, I have to pretty much use my ninja blender to get my OL Conquer ready for consumption or else I'll be chewing clumps lol.

Taste wise the product is still on point and no weirdo smells after being open awhile (you all know how some brands of pre get that cat piss smell after being opened).

So strength gains and pump still awesome. Was working lower weight as I'm trying to get better hook grip strength. Have heard stories of mixed group leading to imbalances and injury but I haven't had any problems.

I got bored repping 225 with hook grip after 3 sets though so did 315 for 7 and 345 for 4 to finish out.

Did feel like leaving quite that early though so I hit some dumbbell shrugs and low cable shrugs along with an work.

Think I'll take some before/after photos of chest tonight using Quake to get you guys some good reference of the pumps in action.

Overall lifts continue to go up. Bulk was going a little too well, currently sitting in the 180s so I'm trying to get back to a more modest calorie excess.
