Congrats on graduating man! Going light gets boring man, can't blame you for tossing some weight on the bar.
Congrats Ian. Dam, 485 for a triple.
Upped my calories to 3500/day this week (+300 from where I was cutting). And I wake up 199.0 this morning. Da fuq? Down 2 more pounds.
Anyways, going to bench my face off now.
Did you increase your base when you started the new job? Your daily activity level increased from what it use to be.
Welcome to the reverse

Bench was easy. Rest was alright too.
Apparently I was looking swole today. Gym owner asked me if he could take picture of me to put on the gym's Facebook page. Lol.
Time to refuel.
Stay strong AM.
Its working
Better be. Busting my ass. Lol, but seriously it feels good.
Half natty
One third. But close enough
Those genetics ain't natty
I was a fairly competitive division 1 athlete so you've got a point there. You have no idea how much wasted talent there is out there in the sports world. I'm talking potential freaks

Freaks for what sport? Any?
100%. The best pitcher on my college baseball team literally gave 0 ****s. Didnt workout at all. Like nothing. Ate mcdonalds at least once a day. Ended up quitting our JR year because he was lazy and didn't feel like practicing or playing. If he actually gave a **** he would've been d1 without a doubt. low to mid 90s with good sink on his fast ball, a good slider, and a change up with + movement and good change of speed. Àśśhole. I probably would've won more games if he woulda stayed. Lol.
Yep, I've met a few could be Olympians (swimming) that just didn't give a fuk and were lazy as hell
Hard work out works talent when talent doesn't work hard.
Wish that was the case, but it isn't a lot of the time. Certain people are just on a different level.

Speaking of unnatural ability. You guys ever watch any of Tom Martin on YouTube?
No what is it?
Crazy strong 100kg lifter. 672 squat in sleeves, 728 in wraps (both squats are hamstrings on calves), 445lbs bench, 816lbs deadlift. And he's getting stronger. Posting PRs nearly every week. He just posted a 904lbs block pull.
Damn
He actually kind of looks like you. No joke. Look him up on YouTube
Your a pro advertiser and didn't even know it
Lol at writing a quote you didn't say![]()
Glad you don't have to wait on the "machines". We know how much you like those over free weights... Squat machine, deadlift machine, bench machine, and OHP machine - lol!
Well check that out. I'm surprised you aren't in a banana hammock.
That quote is great. I actually lold. You should've given em a double rear biceps pose swim!
Haha! I was actually thinking about flexing, but I didn't want to see douchey
Strong dips. You've got me wanting to push them today too. Maybe ill shoot for a 5rm too. Fck it.
Do it. Lol I went in thinking I could do 8, but I hopped up with it and thought "wow this feels heavy".
Hoping I see some carryover as I slowly transition to more specific work down the road. If anything, they'll slap some mass on me. That always helps.
Dips get heavy real quick. I haven't really pushed dips since running that rts program, but I've never seen anyone super strong on dips (using a full ROM...not the quarter reps i see most of the time) be a bad bencher.
