In the clutch. Brb ordering. What size you get?

I went with a large, which is considered "tight fit." Now if you are really looking to get something out of it go a size or even up to 2 sizes below. My main thing is I want them for comfort and support and be able to wear through a squat session, not so much the pounds so I went tight by their chart. Guys competing with them trying to get pounds would likely have gotten mediums.

So base that off of what you want out of it. Hope that helps! I read a **** ton on Em haha

Also, my knee was just about 15.75. Tight fit large was 15-16.

Edit: make sure if your calf is larger use that measurement.

Thanks, buddy. I'm about a 16, gonna grab larges. My calves are tiny...we're not going to talk about what they measure lol

I know that pain. I used to do all kinds of calf presses and **** when I started lifting and they never grew. They got stronger though. I think that muscle is one that has a very large part to do with genetics.

Yeah I used to work them hard and they never grew. So now I half ass them haha.

Ordered, can't wait.

Insane volume

Volume is key

Mhm. Slowly increasing my volume from last training cycle. Small jumps in weight and/or reps is where it's at. Keeps everything manageable and before you know it you're repping out what was once fairly difficult. Takes patience though, but I'm in this for the long haul.

Good example: 3 months ago, 350 would be a belt-less PR for a single (deadlifts). Today, I hit it for sets of 5.

That's a pretty impressive jump.

Slow and steady is the only way to play this game. Nice work bud. My repping on squats and deads specifically without a belt sucks. Need to work towards bettering myself there, mostly general conditioning and core strength I think.

Slow and steady will hopefully keep us injury free too!

And yeah no way to really get better at it than to do it. It's a mental game too when you're used to always being belted up past X amount of weight.

Troof. All of it.

Mental game on beltless is a mind**** at first for me, too.

Squats I'm very comfortable with now. Would have no problem working up to 90% beltless on any given day. Deadlifts I'm working on...used the belt as a crutch for too long. Masked some bigger issues I had going on.

I just go beltless on accessory stuff I see now reason to risk my back unnecessarily and nomaly when I use my belt it's loose and only get really tight on heavy working sets

Nice squats. Shooting up...

SBDs came in today too. After I went to the gym, meh. I'll give them a go on Saturday when I front squat.
rob112 large fits well. Can slide them on fairly easily, but they're still tight. I think you'll be happy with your choice.

Be honest how much did you hate life after those 13 reps??? Hahaha sick work man impressive!

Just picked mine up on the way home from the gym! Excited to try them Friday or Saturday.

Great squatting broham

Let me know how you like em! And thanks, pal.

Okay, holy **** are they a pain to get on. How the hell do people go 2 sizes too small!? Once I got them in I air squat a few times and all they feel great, and my knee was sweaty when I took them off.

I know have another tool that allows me to pull leg hairs out lol

Mine are easy to get on. Might be my baby calves.
