Libido way down

Hey guys,

I have been off cycle for a little now and my libido is still way down. I got tests and the doc said I was fine. So, I was thinking about treating this with 25mg a day of nolvadex or 50mg/day of clomid.

I was wondering which would be better. From my research Nolva would be better and I am just wondering the dosages that I should take it at.

What was the cycle you ran? Did you run a proper pct? I dont think nolva or clomid is the answer if you ran a proper pct and your hpta did recover. Ive noticed both initially raise my libido(attribute this to test levels raising) but after extended use they seem to negatively impact it( towards the last week or two of pct). Ive seen some others report this as well. Ive found panax ginseng and maca do wonders for libido and also just make sex better in general. Unfortunately sometimes it just takes time to recover fully from hormonal cycles.
 
Sounds to me like you should have ran a proper pct using a serm. If you went to the doc and had your test levels etc. checked and they were ok than I doubt a serm is going to be the answer at this point. Ive seen some folks having success w/ using clomid (in the anti aging forum ) to restart their hpta and treat their low test issues but you said your levels are fine.
 
Sounds like you've been supressing estrogen for a prolonged period of time.

I use jw for post PCT estrogen management.

Epi and JW together would result in signficant estrogen reduction, then combine that with the fact you ran a PCT that further surpressed your estrogen, hence why you are experiencing problems now.

Sexual function is dependent upon a balance between estrogen and testosterone.

IMO your only option now is to give your body time to recover, a test booster such as ZMA or Tribulus should help slightly, but I would cease using all products and allow your body to recover naturally.

Working your legs and doing high intensity workouts should also help.
 
Thanks guys. I notice that when I stopped taking everything except protein ( I even stopped multis) and I get at least 8 hours I wake up with a super hard wood (no homo). Just an update for anyone with the same probs.
