Been part of the AM for years now and I am getting back to being way more active again. Other than cialis and viagra, what are the supplements you guys go to for achieving stronger erections, increase in libido, and to make the Mrs./side piece/Sancha happy and satisfied? Like mentioned Hyperion gets a lot of hype for this effect. Sustain Alpha is another good one. And Optimize-T by the reports. Could even stack 2 or all of them.

I e seen a ton of positive info on black ginger. Not just for the reasons mentioned but it seems like it would make for a good pre workout as well as a general overall health supplement.

What doses you experiment with, And have you seen 1000mg caps ?

Seems like 700 - 1000mg 2x day would be a good dose

I use addictive wellness black ginger powder. I take about 1/4 teaspoon of it in my tea mixed with raw honey (for flavor since black ginger tastes awful). 1/4 teaspoon is about 850mg.

For erection or pump (LOL) tadalafil with citrulline at least 1 to 3 hours before. It's my point.

Citrulline malate or beetroot juice/powder are both good at boosting nitric oxide.
