Doesn't really matter from what I have read as it has a very long half life (26-38 hours.) They suggest approx same time every day for consistent levels in your system. I am on a cycle now and take it as a PWO supplement about 45 minutes prior to gym but fully realize any benefit to the timing would be psychological.

Be interested to know your experience once you get a few weeks in.

So far I am quite pleased with my run, strength is signficiantly up. I have not realized any real improvement in joints and tendons which was hopeful as I thought it had similar effects on those to Ostarine. GL with your run, you will enjoy.
 
Typically i see it taken pre workout daily. Like TSMiliner said, 45 minutes pwo would be sufficient.
