Hi everyone,

Starting LGD 4033 at 10mg, with GW 20mg and mk 677 10-20mg
Planing to run it for 8-12 weeks.
I'm on trt, getting testoviron d 250mg once in 2 weeks (2 shots a month).
Due to injury i did a mini cut, with Osta 25mg, gw 20mg, and mk677 10mg.
So now reversing into bulk, started increasing calories 150-200 each week, lowering cardio. but since starting LGD maybe i should increase more? because i've seen people writing in their logs about 1000 calorie increase with lean mass increase.
Stats 5'10, 183.65 lbs, 10-12%~ bf.
current macros 300c 45f 240p, should i keep protein high? or 1g per pound of bw?

Just take it slow man. 8-12 weeks is plenty long enough to make good gains starting off with a small increase in calories weekly.
As for macros - that's completely individual. If you get better results from high protein, do it. I personally benefit more from higher carbs. However the majority of research I've seen shows very minimal benefit going over 1g/lbs during a bulk.

I mean a 250 cal increase a week would be a 3000cal surplus by week 12. You'll stop the increase long before that more than likely.

I think your current pro intake is 'high', if anything Id consider upping your healthy fat intake, ie avacado, extra virg olive oil, etc.

I kept carbs pretty low and increased my fat intake (40P/25C/35F) when I ran LGD. A lot of the fats and protein were from oily fish because I started to get joint ache around week 3. Just a tip ;)
