LGD/Ostarine

Hello

i am considering giving a try of a 12 month cycle either LGD or Ostarine, but i've seen some people suggested that i need to run a PCT after it. What are your thoughts? Are those (lgd/ostarine) as safe as they claim? Also, they suggested me to run nolvadex for LGD PCT...

Ostarine will require some form of PCT. Took only 10 days for me to feel the negative effects of reduce natural test production. For the benefit i felt i was getting (i.e. none) i stopped the course after 3 weeks. When i was researching it, the typical course was anywhere between 1 and 3 months.
 
1st, check out the anabolics section there is some great info there.

SARMS are suppressive and still require a PCT that includes a SERM. A proper PCT should not include anything that is suppressive, i.e. SARMS.

Did you mean 12 wks and not 12 months?
