Guys just starting out on my first cycle. 7.5mg ED from MaxMuscleSupps. Plan on doing 6 weeks before PCT but if no negative sides may continue for 8
Using fish oil and a multi every day and C4 for prework on big training days usually have a BCAA drink whilst training.
Nolvadren XT for PCT and Aromasin, Clomid and Nolva all on order just incase
I am 38 and 5ft4 been lifting for a few years now but taken it more seriously for the past 12 months and actually started gaining. Started out at 8st and got stuck at 10st 8 a few months ago. Using the LGD to push through this plateau. Training on a push, pull and legs split EOD. Diet has always been my biggest downfall, food does not interest me and I struggle to eat the 3k of calories (I have a very active job and walk 10+ miles everyday) and 150g of protein I need each day to grow. I use protein shakes to get my protein up and a variety of chicken, fish and beef mince to try and keep me eating. Looking forward the rumoured hunger sides with LGD to help me over this.

6 Days in to the run. So far I have only noticed my joints have been popping and cracking occasionally and I have had the odd stomach cramp no idea if these are LGD related but doubt it
Never kept a online log before but will use this thread to keep you updated and ask questions
Please chuck in any helpful comments and suggestions below. Would welcome your input as a newbie especially if you have run LGD solo and have any pointers for me
