Lol. The last time I did any riding up in the mountains I did a heavy squat sesh a couple hours beforehand.. Fck... My legs were so tired I couldn't get into a rhythm when my horse was trotting and I kept racking my balls against the saddle. Never again

Hahaha I do that most of the time anyways. I'd hate myself if I did legs before riding.
 
You didn't notice a bigger chest pump by pairing them?
At the time I was just doing triples and 5's. Not really enough to get much of a pump. If I'm going for a straight chest pump, I pre-exhaust my chest with over extended cable crossovers with a 1 second pause and 2 second eccentric. Do 4 sets of 15 reps, then go pop out some 8 rep bench sets, your chest will be on fire.
 
Brandinooooo Rndmher.. Do you guys ever superset chest presses and back rows? Im wondering if this might stimulate more growth
Lately I've been super setting vertical pulling on ohp/shoulders day and horizontal pulling on bench/chest day and while I'm not sure about growth, I do think it has made my bench stronger which should translate to more growth over time.

I was pretty tired from work yesterday and was slow getting through this mornings workout. I'm going to start doing bent over barbell rows, which I never really do... I gave them a shot today and dig them.
 
You started this log at 165lb, and approx 18%bf, what you reckon your bf% is now at 178lb?

Honestly.. I'm not sure. Guessing I'd say 19-20%, but don't know how much is actually water and not fat.

I'm curious to see what happens weight wise during pct..
 
Post up a pic, I'll give you an honest, logical guess. It would be from a skin fold standpoint, which I can typically guess within 1% of.

Ive gained 2" (I'm at 34") on my gut and can still feel my abs which I couldn't when I was at the same waist measurement before running 11kt.

Think this is water weight?
 
Post up a pic, I'll give you an honest, logical guess. It would be from a skin fold standpoint, which I can typically guess within 1% of.

I'm back at work right now...I'll try to get pics this evening. Look back at the starting photos though.. I think I was at a higher BF % than 18

Yip, could well be. As you noted, you will get a more accurate picture of where your body comp is at once youve stopped these compounds.
 
Similar thing happens to me, especially since starting MK. Some days it's like the fat is all loose and I can feel the muscles underneath, and then I wake up one day and I can see abs and the majority of the softness is gone. Then the next day or two its back. I'm assuming it's water and fluctuates depending on diet and exercise.
 
I just looked, you definitely weren't over 18%. Lol. one thing that is holding you back, which I have a problem with also is you have loose skin from cutting a bunch of weight. You have visible abdominal muscles, which at around your size won't be visible until around 12%. Plus your chest isn't saggy and you can see a good cut from the bottom to your shoulder, which usually people don't get until around 10%. This is going off your "Before" picture. I have no idea what you look like now. But before if I gave you a 7 point pinch with a caliper, you would've came out to about 10%

Huh... Yeah the loose skin issue blows big time!!! That's the main reason why I'm taking MK677. I'm hoping that it'll tighten up my skin...

Mine took awhile to tighten up. Then I got fat again, now I'm just semi-chubby and my skin is still kind of loose on my belly. Luckily my arms and chest are bigger than they were when I was fat, so they at least have some tightness.
 
One thing that really helped me though is to just gain weight. After I first cut, I stayed flabby until I started lifting and filled out

Yeah man that's exactly why I ended up running this LGD cycle instead of doing a pct from the 11kt, waiting and then running it.. I got tiny looking when the fat was gone... Looked like a fckin girl.

I can't wait to run dbol and test next summer!! That will be the sh1t

Hell yeah man. You're going to blow the f up. I was only bulking for like the first 5 weeks and I ended up putting on over 10lbs of lean mass. Even after taking time to cut down. Now I still have time left so I'm doing a little more conservative of a bulk now. Lol. If you just bulked the whole cycle I bet you would put on close to 20lbs considering you're running the same stuff I did. Lol

You're goin 17-18weeks on cycle with no HCG.. i'd do both clomid and nolva no matter what, but hey if you want to chance it go ahead.

The cattle drive is over and I was dragging a lil in the gym today. My diet has been off the past couple days but I think I've been getting around 3,000 kcals. I'm upping my MK677 dose to 20mg tonight and hope I don't get the bloat again.. anyway, I was happy with today's workout.

Great chest pump today.. I'm getting more vascular on my arms, neck, and shoulders which is sweet!!! I've always wanted to get those front delt veins.. makes you look like a bull. Anyway, I'm out of LGD on Wednesday and will continue the Dimethandrostenol until my natty anabolics come in..

I'm gonna run Muscletech's phosphamuscle & plasma muscle during pct. I did 8 weeks of the Muscletech stack and loved it so I figure I'll run it for 8-12 weeks. Here's my PCT plan:

I got it!! I'm beyond stoked, as I thought that getting 4 plates on deads was somewhat of an unrealistic goal when I started the cycle.. it went up a little dirty and I leaned forward slightly before thrusting my hips to lock it out. So Rndmher, I did compromise form but I got the fcker.

I'm taking tomorrow off and will test my 1RM on bench presses on Thurs... I'd like to get 245 but that might be a lil too much... I failed on 235 10 days ago... Brandinooooo, you should fly out to WY and b1tch slap me before I attempt this sh1t. Lol.

As ready as I am to start PCT and get my balls back, I'm concerned that my cortisol levels are elevated from upping the MK.. which obviously wouldn't be ideal when starting PCT.

Anyway, I'm going to test my 1RM on bench in a couple hours... getting cracked out on coffee ATM

I don't think MK effects cortisol so you are g2g with that. Good luck with your 1RM!

Hell yeah 245 felt great today!!! I felt like I had much more in the tank and added dimes but failed trying to get 265.. lol.

Anyway, I'm beyond happy with the LGD experience I've had and hope I can maintain strength through PCT.. it's been an awesome run for sure!!
