Hey, I lost 70 lbs also. Lol. Well actually 77 to be exact. Ha. I've gained it all back though. Lost 77lbs in 6 months, then gained it back in 12.

Crazy.. Gained 77 lbs in 1 year? How many cycles did you run? Just the one your running now or what?

Oh, I'm definitely pretty new. Lol. Just a mixture of genetics and work ethic. I don't usually tell people my experience level because it will arise a lot of questions I don't feel like answering. So if people assume I'm not a noob because my numbers, then so be it. Lol

Well bro you definitely have your sh1t dialed in from a diet and training perspective to be able to reach those goals!! I've figured out what I need to do to lose fat, but am finding that gaining quality mass is unbelievably challenging. I think I'm insulin resistant, cause any time I am eating moderate amount of carbs (~200 grams) I gain BF.. After this cycle I'm going to play around with diet and get my macros dialed in so I can find what works best for me...

Day 36. Rest day.

I got my dbol today.. I'm getting excited to try it and will work chest and arms tomorrow to see what it's about.
 
I thought it was good, let me know what you think of it. Honestly at 30mg's a day I gained almost 20lbs in 2 weeks. I looked a bit like a beached whale though. Lol

I don't know if I'll get those results bro. Im taking it every other day, preworkout only. I'm worried to actually cycle it cause The1 is a methyl and I don't wanna dose an AI. Im curious as to how it'll work pulsing it though...
 
I would've personally just waited until you could run it every day and get the full effects. I've never researched any real science behind diminishing returns, but it seems pretty dang real and it would suck if it messed up your chances to get that 20lbs in 2 weeks off a 30mg dose.

Yeah I was gonna save it for a kicker to a test cycle down the road... But I'm super curious about this dbol "euphoria" I've read about and wanna see what's up with it. I'm gonna pulse a few caps then save the rest for the future.
 
Granted I used to do mdma, and cocaine everyday for months. Yet, the euphoria wasn't really anything special. Lol. Most notably I just wasn't lethargic all the time like most other orals seem to make you. I didn't have like an ecstasy like high or anything though.

I popped 20mgs of dbol an hour before hitting the gym.. Didn't notice much by way of strength, but it did seem that my arms got pumped much faster than they usually do..

My upper chest is unbelievably week and I need to start prioritizing incline movements. This is probably a main factor holding up my bench progression... My shoulder feels great at the moment so I'm gonna try and take advantage.

Great leg session today!!! I snuck out of work at noon to hit the gym and was in a hurry so I really was able to get my heart rate up the entire workout, rushing between sets.

I'm happy with my hamstring progression; a few months ago curling 75lbs was taxing and now I'm repping 50lbs more.. My quad development is coming along too; I'm starting to get a pronounced double knee from pointing my toes out on leg extensions.

I'm gonna dose some dbol before back tomorrow and am going to max out on my deadlifts. I'm gonna try and break my 365 PR. I'm hoping to get 385...

I'm pretty happy with the 385 dead... As I said earlier, one of my goals at the start of the cycle was to get my dead up to 405; I'm getting close and still have 2 and a half weeks left on cycle. I should be able to do it if I stay healthy.

My rash is still kicking and I've been advised from some BPS reps to DC use of Dermacrine. I guess your not suppose to run it as long as I've been running it.. Anyway, I don't think the Derm was the culprit since it started when I switched nicotine patch brands.. I think the combo of the Derm and the patch got my skin pissed off. I just switched back to the original patch brand cause I dropped my nic dose today. Hopefully I don't get the lethargy and depression again from not having a solid test base..

Get some trest caps as a test base and why not start up with deadlifts if you're going for a PR or generally?

Hell yeah. Let me know what you think when you get it. If the 5g isn't enough, don't redose. Wait until the next day and try 7g. Redosing is, for the most part, pointless.
 
Lol. My nipples are itchin and sensitive... I think I'm gonna put the dbol in the stash and save it for a test cycle next summer. I don't wanna risk the e sides, especially since I only have Nolva on hand.
 
Yeah I know... I shoulda gotten some exem. I'll be good though with Nolva since I'm going to DC the dbol. If I get a lump I'll start dosing it and look into some options. I'm not worried..

Originally this cycle was gonna be very dry with just the LGD and Epi... I knew the risk of not having exem but threw the dice.

I ended up dosing dbol a few hrs before going to the gym and had one of the best workouts I've had in a long time... Great pump and focus.

So, I'll be out of The1 on Tuesday and won't be dosing dbol. I am tossing the idea around of running Dimethandrostenol at 40mgs for the last 3 wks of this cycle. I have a partial bottle on hand.. Considering that I won't be running another cycle till next summer, it's incredibly tempting...

What do y'all think? YoungBodyBuil, NewAgeMayan, Brandinooooo, Brandaddy..
 
I personally wouldn't.. it's your body though. If you think your liver can handle it, then go for it. Personally, if I had it and really wanted to take it but was already on other orals, I would just extend my cycle a little longer so that way I could take it, but not at the same time as other toxic compounds.

I won't be taking any methylated orals with it.. It'll be dimeth, LGD, & super Epi
 
Well, if that's the case.. Honestly, f it. Might as well take it so that way you're not tempted to jump back on cycle early and can take a proper off time. If you're anything like me, you won't be able to sir there for 6 months and look at that every day without taking it. Might as well just get it over with. Lol

Lol. Honestly, that's my train of thought. Ha! Also, my "recomp" has gone to hell considering the voracious appetite I've got from the LGD and MK... I also might as well get the nutrient partitioning effects from the dimeth...

I got a new baby coming in March so I think my next cycle will be at the end of next summer... I'm might as well go big now to get it outta my system.

You could do 1 footed dumbell/kettle squats for balance.

If you are looking for a single exercises that will improve stability all the way around, try overhead squats. Before jumping into them, I recommend trying this "intro" first...
1 - Put an empty bar on your shoulders
2 - Squat to the floor
3 - Press the bar above your head while squatted
4 - Stand up while the bar is overhead
5 - Repeat
Try four sets of ten, you will def feel it!
 
Joe12, how much weight did ya gain when you ran LGD? How much was muscle/ how much was fat?

Too much! I began around 168, and hit 194 on a 6-week run. I gained it all over, but I gained way to much fat. I was hungry all the time, I ended up cutting about a month after the run. Im sitting around 187-190 now, and dont want to get any bigger.

Lol!!! I think that's what's happening to me.. I woke at 180.2 this morning. Started the cycle 6 wks ago at 164.4. I'm starving all the time. Ha.

Any BF I'm gaining is nothing that fasted cardio, yohimbine, and a 30 day keto diet can't solve though.

True, I basically packed on the lbs (along with some fat), then cut. After the cut I looked better then when I began. Looking back, I wish I would have backed off on my calorie intake and been more content with a lean bulk. I dont know about you, but when I looked in the mirror when I was bulking I thought, dang im getting jacked, I should keep eating, lol. Tyranny of urgent I guess.

Yeah bud!! That's what's going on.. And it's so much harder for me to gain muscle mass than to lose BF.. So F it. My kcals aren't too ridiculous though; 2,500-3.. I think I'm getting insulin resistant though. I've gotta get a GDA

I'm feeling stronger every time I work my back... Seems to be when I can best gauge strength gains. I started Dimethandrostenol and will dose 30mgs for the next 3 weeks, unless I get signs of liver stress...

I'm gonna up the Epi to 750mgs when I get it. I noticed that the hair shedding has increased since starting dime, which is weird cause it won't convert to DHT, from what I've read. Libido is up though, but I'm not one to complain about having a low libido... Lol. I think it's actually one of the luxuries of getting older.
