Hi!

I decided to log my LGD cycle (Olympus labs - Legend), I started this cycle on 20th March. I am running LGD at 8mg and Dermicrane 6 pumps a day. I am 6'3 (190cm) and 231lbs(105kg) - 30 years old.

Here is my bloodwork pre-cycle - I translated results from my language to English:

Blood work today - almost 2 weeks in:

Note: My AST/ALT levels are higher due to Accutane course I am about to finish and they should return to my normal range, which for me is around 20-25. I chose LGD for this cycle to not stress liver even more, I would have taken Halodrol otherwise.

This is my first cycle and I have never done anything that is not "natty". As you can see my test levels are still close to "normal" range, but my SHBG levels crashed pretty bad(27 to 8), is it anything to be worried about? I am taking Ar1macare Pro(also OL labs) for on-cycle support currently, should I add anything to this?

Thanks!

Interesting..thanks for logging this i have OL Lgd as well and am starting it soon. I notice at 8mg your Total Cholesterol has gone down quite a lot...is that Ldl or Hdl?? I also have Arm1care Pro lined up but looking at your cholesterol hit i might just run Haladrol instead. Whats your blood pressure been like on Lgd??

I just did Total Cholesterol, I did not do HDL/LDL separately, I will add it to my blood work next time(in 3 weeks). I dont know really why my total cholesterol go down, maybe it is because I decreased my Roaccutane/Accutane dosage from 60 to 40 (my last month) or maybe it is because of Ar1macare PRO - they claim it lowers cholesterol. I dont know about my blood pressure, I will take a look at it tomorrow, its 1:20 am here at the moment so I dont think it will be accurate - I feel totally fine tho. My main worry is about SHBG - any idea if such a drop is normal, from 27 to 8?

Yeah it could be Arm1care knocking down the Ldl...be very interesting to see from your next bloods??

As for SHBG levels - Males: 10 to 57 nanomoles per liter (nmol/L) so at 8 it looks under but you are taking something. Again be interesting to see what your bloods are like in a few weeks.

Whats your blood pressure been like on Lgd??
Seems like replies from last few days have disappeared, I checked my blood pressure yesterday and if I remember correctly it was 138/72/70.

I am increasing my LGD to 12mg/day, feeling great so far and I plan to run it at 12mg for the rest of my cycle. Great gains so far, +10kg on my bench press and already did 10reps on it today, I plan to increase my bench press next week. Added also Hydrapharm Alchemy (1 cap a day) to my on cycle support along with Olympus Labs Ar1macare Pro.

So I had another blood work done today(I tested for pretty much everything possible), I dont know what happened to my AST/ALT levels in 3 weeks, can anyone give me any guesses? Only thing changed from my previous blood work was that I increased LGD from 8 to 12mg a day. My ALT went up almost 10(!)x!!! in less than 20 days! I will have another blood work done tomorrow, just to test AST/ALT levels again in another lab. I cant believe this, wtf? I mean my gains have been pretty incredible, my bench press has gone up 15kg in 1 month and muscle gains are very visible, I am wondering if I am taking the real LGD or some Superdrol here?

Hmm not an expert on Liver stuff but surelyi if it was Superdrol your cholesterol Hdl would of tanked but its over 0.60??
Then again Lgd isnt 'supposed' to be liver toxic although exercise does effect AST/ALT levels anyway i thought? Somebody with experience will probably be along shortly am sure to help you out.

Thanks, this is such a huge jump, that I can not believe it. Maybe it is something I ate the day before as my colleague got something like a stomach bug(felt sick all night he said). I will fast this evening and redo this test(AST/ALT) tomorrow morning.

The liver is a pretty robust organ so am sure you'll be fine. I take it your havent any jaundice, itching or pissing brown urine ot anything like that and keeping well hydrated? Anyother supplements you taking that might be effecting it??

Thanks for your replies Jim, I am not a doctor also and English is not my first language, just googled jaundice - just checked my eyes (my eye whites are as white as they can be) and I dont see anything yellowish on my body. Also from what I understand it(jaundince) is due to high bilirubin, in todays test my billirubin is 9.7 (range: 1.1-19) - has only gone up from 7.5 since previous blood work 22 days ago.

Also I dont drink alcohol, but do eat like animal since I started LGD - lots of meat and food in general + protein shakes. I will cut down on those - seems like they can result in AST/ALT spikes also. Other supplements I take daily are Ar1macare Pro and Creatine. On workout days I take Rich Piana Full As Fck pre workout and Xtend intra workout, following a meal post workout asap.

The only person ive heard of that didnt get on with Arm1care Pro and had a reaction was OW on here but i have zero idea why or what it was?? I'm sure when i drink Bourbon my liver values skew lol...and you have zero other effects im sure you'll be fine but definately a good idea to keep monitoring.

Yeah its weird, I will post another blood work tomorrow just for AST/ALT, today I did not work out or take any protein shakes, only LGD and Creatine.

@Old Witch hey bro, can you tell me please what happened to you when you took Arm1care?

Anyways, I am off to sleep, if anyone has any idea what I should add to my test tomorrow, please post here and I will test for that also.

It made my blood pressure fluctuate too rapidly, hands swelled up, headaches.

Basically it made some estrogenic symptoms ten times worse, like an allergy.

I found out later a lot of people have reactions to red yeast rice. Similar to mine.
