Lgd cycle 8 weeks Vs 12 weeks benefits

Hey yall,

Im at the end of my 8 week supply of LGD. I have my pct serm and natty test boosters lined up as well as my next cycle *test e only*.

Do you feel it would be worth the benefit or delaying my test only cycle as well as the addition 40 something bucks to run LGD another 4 weeks? What kind of gains are to be seen from 12 weeks as opposed to 8 weeks?

I have seen pretty tremendous strength gains but my physique doesn’t look particularly shredded *dont get me wrong is wayy better than where i started prior to taking LGD, but im also hammering yohimbine and cut out alcohol and taking green tea and diet is good*.

That being said, should i continue to take the LGD and see where it takes me or just start my cycle off time and prepare for the next cycle of something stronger?
 
Meh, pros and cons to both.

If training progress is still occuring then Id be tempted to continue; if sh1t is starting to slow and stall Id bail.

If I was starting to feel crappy from the cycle Id bail. Also, the longer youre "on", potentially the harder things can be on the HPTA and heart/bloods/etc...Id have to be still seeing good progress to want to continue stressing my body.

I would be reluctant to tack another 4 weeks on "just cos".
 
Pct, wait 8-12 weeks and start test, maybe kick start test with more lgd if it treated you good

I think even a slower ester like ethanate *what i will be using* will yeild results before LGD does. I might kickstart with something else that shows results quicker such as primo or tbol but am reluctant seeing as its my first real cycle. The whole thought processes of using real gear is i dont wanna keep putting sarms in my body not knowing the long term effects. I love them and once studies come out showing they are safe ill use them again but for now want to stop using all together.

Depends how you dose it, 20mg will kick in pretty quick. But tbol won't add much size. If you want a fast start go with dbol or anadrol. Just make sure you got the right tools on hand to combat the possible sides.

I'm just assuming he's using more than the small amounts that were used in the research studies. I think all of us who use them for bodybuilding purposes use them at doses much higher than the amounts used in the respective studies.

I would guess he's likely using 8-12mg or possibly even more.

The studies I've seen maxed out at 1mg per day. Can't recall if they went higher than that in other studies.
 
Actually I think it might have been studied at 20mg but for a short two week period....

I'll have to re-check.

Either way your right, as soon as I posted that I thought, wait, nothing has been tested at cycle doses.

Thanks for linking this. Essentially just summarizes the ncbi study but its done well. Again, i love SARMS so far and once we know what they do to you in 15-25 years, ill jump right back on them and at higher dosages!

*currently taking 10mg and have the best physique of my life* i can say LGD blew ostarine out of the water... now i understand why people say dont even bother with osta *that being said i did see much better recomp results than natty on osta*
