Wrong section my man. LGD and RAD are not supplements, they are SARMS (Research Chemicals).
You're at 21% Body Fat as stated in another thread. You'll want to cut to 15% before considering
any kind of non-natty anabolic.
 
Why should i not take a sarm just because my body fat is off 6%..Just asking.? I have been taking stenadrol 10 with novaplex and just started yk11 and being seeing great results so thats why i am asking

What do you know of YK11?
You're also taking M-Sten which is liver toxic. Are you on any on-cycle supports? How long have you been taking it? Dose?
What does your post cycle look like? (PCT)?

When you're done with this cycle, PCT, and then Time On + PCT (4 weeks w/ SERM) = Time off
You need to research more on your own and keep reading. Maybe also add in a Natural Anabolic.
My company makes the best Natural Anabolic available, and would be great during and post pct.

I would have gotten, which I do have, CEL's Cycle Assist that includes Milk Thistle, but also NAC and other things that help on cycle. It's dosed properly and it's not expensive.

For PCT you will need a real SERM such as Clomid.

There are board sponsors such as MA Research that have the PCT items you may look into. Godstrength

Tudaca is great for liver stuff. Yk-11 feels great. I liked it. I never understood the weight thing. If your a heavier set guy then use it and build muscle and strength.
 
Get a real serm for pct. you can find them on peptide websites. You should’ve posted this in the anabolics section. They could be a lot of help

That is an opinion based on the goals of the people who are saying it. Gear works very well over 15% body fat. It is only people mostly worried about aesthetics that say this. I agree that aesthetically the differences are not noticed as well until a person gets around 15% but that does not mean they are not making accelerated progress from the gear while they are over 15%. I have never heard a power lifter, strong man, or football player state anything like this. Tons and tons of record holding gear users that have never been at or under 15% body fat.

It's an opinion not a statement of fact. However getting there kind of shows that you put the work in and are willing to put in the work. The fact you are cycling and didn't know that you were using an OTC AI product, and were barely using liver support shows that you didn't do the research needed for this. It isn't to late to make some adjustments to correct where you went wrong.
 
Actually, no. People of higher body fat percentages who also demonstrate as in this case, a serious lack of knowledge should not be taking any steroids. They both often go hand in hand. The people whom are 'winning' competitions using steroids with regard to fitness is another story, as well have coaches and 'trainers' who take care of their health.

It's a very good rule of thumb if you can achieve a lower body fat, and are bent on using steroids, you will have fewer sides, and less health issues. This isn't about vanity versus performance.

OP, let me know when and if you want to benefit from the best natural anabolics available, and supports.

Stenadrol is msten which is what is called a designer steroid and just because it can be bought otc doesnt mean it isnt as strong as illegal steroids cause actually it is stronger than some
