LGD 8 Week Log (5mg)

OK so had my two a day.

I'm not going to post full workout logs from now on, but I'll continue giving the highlights I guess.

Unless of course you guys want full ones.

Hit 225x11 on barbell rows. Thats a PR as I rarely go heavy on them.

I ended up with 355x7 knees and ankles are sore from basketball, and didn't help much today.

Yet my hardest workout today was arguing with anti gun people lol
 
Some people respond very well to sarms, myself included.

Yeah you're one of the main reasons I want to try LGD. Did you notice any joint benefits from Osta. I've contemplated adding Osta to a cycle simply for that reason - not looking for any leaning/bulk/strength etc from it. Just joint and tendon healing lol

Actually it didn't help my joints much at all, i feel like the amount of weight i was adding to my lifts because of it was hurting my joints.

What did you run osta at? Did the relief persist after stopping? Or once you got off did the issues come right back??

I ran osta at 15mg ramping to 25mg and then actually dropped back to 20 as it was messing with my estrogen a bit(I believe that's why it helps joints). 20 is a comfortable dose, 25 was too much for me. Ran it 8 weeks, suppression wasn't bad at all.

Same here. I had a niggling shoulder issue that just persisted for weeks. By the end of the first week at 25mg Osta, it was all cleared up and has not come back.
 
I was asking more so about what kind of supplements you guys take on your cuts?

Two popular natty cutters are PES alphamine & OL Ignite. I took ignite to cut a little fat, but stopped about 8-days in. It suppressed my appetite to much, felt like I was taking a diet pill. It did 3 main things for me....
1 - Boosted energy (Caffeine)
2 - Heated up my core, even when taking a light walk I would sweat.
3 - Suppressed my appetite
Outside of the natty circle, a lot of guys run EPI (andro) or Osta. I have not touched either, but there are a bunch of logs on here from guys who have.

Lifts still feel strong, endurance is increasing greatly.

Weighed in today because I probably won't be able to update much this weekend.

Nice. 5.5 lbs added. What's your current bf%?

Not entirely sure on the bf% yet. Will check soon.

Body fat looks a bit down however.

I'm definitely bigger, my arms feel full all the time. Rock solid pretty much everywhere.

Lifts haven't been going up tremendously, but endurance is crazy. I have to tell myself to stop, I don't get tired as far as lifting.

As far as basketball goes, I threw down at the park. At 6'1 235-240 I consider that an accomplishment. It was solid. Hand completely over the rim.

Progress is wonderful.

Bearmode, when do you take the lgd? Before workout? Do you take everyday? Just ordered mine and trying to figure all this out. Thanks
 
Before anyone thinks the above post was serious, it was a joke. I have no clue who the guy is, therefore would not have any insight on his wellbeing.

With that being said, RIP. Ha. Jk
 
I'm sure he's fine.. He was only taking lgd and seemed to live a decently healthy and active lifestyle. Probably just got sick of doing the log
 
i dont know if its because im high or if that was just ****ing funny when you said "like im completely laser focused on what needs to be done today" that just sounds ****ing sick lmfao
