LG SLIN question

was going to get slin and gut health......im going to see if slin will increase my appetite.......i know m-stak does, but thats getting old so im out to try new stuff!

and will gut health relieve stomach discomfort from muscle milk?

M Stak, Probiotics, and Nutrient Partitioners are all totally different.

I haven't noticed SLIN increases my appetite. I doubt it would help with stomach discomfort. NOW Acidophilus & Bifidus along with LG Slin would be a good stack. I'm doing that right now.
 
first off, its not good if your stomach is hurting from consuming a protein shake. Second, from experience I whole heartedly recommend gut health. Third, Slin will not upset your stomach like some other insulin potentiators out there, but it wont necessarily cause a stomach ache either.

Perhaps a better idea than gut health or slin right now, is for you to switch from milk based proteins to gemma protein, such as our product Lipotropic Protein that will not upset the stomach of those sensitive to lactose.
 
well see, thats the thing, they dont always hurt my stomach, i drink alot of whey protein, but every know and then it will upset it.....im using ATW whey protein and muscle milk.....the muscle milk is what upsets it......and i was informed by a LG rep that nutrient partitioners will increase hunger, by better using the nutrients you take in........m-stak has a nutrient partioner and speeds up protein synthesis that is what the animal/universal reps told me increases appetite........and the gut health was just for my stomach discomfort........i worded my first post funny, i will change it to be better explained

Taking in lots of powders tends to lead to poor nitrogen retention. I would really think a probiotic would be the most beneficial to you. I was under the impression that nutrient partitioners were mainly geared towards carbohydrates.
 
oh yeah! thanks, and i just thought of what i was missing in the first post!

im a hard gainer..meaning in order to gain weight i must eat lots of complex carbs.....so when i eat alot of carbs, my hunger goes down hill, so would a nutrient partioner be beneficial?

Yes, it would be.

I use LG Slin before large carbohydrate whole meals, and P-Slin for my pre-workout shake.
 
I too agree with Slin will be great before high carb/protein meals, and could in fact increase appetite over time.

I would advise Gut Health over acidophilus/bifidus blends as I found it to Gut Health to be expontentially more effective than NOW brand or Udo's Choice acidoph/bifidus products, not to mention its roughly the same price.
 
im going to get grub on and gut health, as grub on's main purpose is increasing appetite.....
