Ive had a extra fun "off season" per say. My goal at the end of the stack cycle is to maintain my current weight while getting leaner. I believe with the protocol I have planned that this is obtainable. I currently am 180lbs first thing in the morning. so I guess consider this a "MINI-CUT" because my real pre contest cut will be january 2013 with my contest prep coach PJ Braun.
 
Off Season I have worked hardest on bringing up my shoulders. My biggest trouble area is chest. Its a work in progress and considering the genetics of every guy in my family line,,, its going to be a process...

Proteins came from egg whites, sometimes yolks, tilapia, chicken breast, lean cuts of beef

Carbs were from white rice, brown rice, broccoli, Ezekiel bread, bananas. Old fashioned oatmeal

Fats were from the meat itself. When I needed to up the fat to make sure I arrived at caloric intake maximums I use olive oil and flax oil. (Fat from fish oil was not calculated into the diet.)

Hey greetings AM, just wanted to say that I'll be following your log quite vigorously anabolic. Im a die hard LG fan, and I plan to run the testren by itself in a few weeks here (waiting time between cycles heh). Anyway, just wanted to say good luck! and that ill be following :).
 
Everyone. Just finished my back workout and now onto cardio. For anyone that will be subscribing to this threads to see gains in strength you will be disappointed. I am not a weight lifter nor will I ever be. I am a bodybuilder. I feel the stretch and contraction in the muscle and fill it with as much blood as possible. I do not move weight for the sake of just beating the person next to me. I actually hit the target muscle. I cycle for the sake of recomposition. If that interests you I advice you to keep an eye on this thread. You will not be disappointed.
 
Heres a interesting little tidbit... DO NOT choke/sneeze with testren in your mouth... when it comes out your nose,,, its one of the worst burns ever...

Just happened to me this morning with my pro-eq. Lol
 
as of this morning I am 190lbs. for some reason i just cannot seem to cheer up.. im doubtful it has anything to do with the product, i just think possibly my estrogen is still ****ed up from last cycle even though ive waited plenty of time to re-cycle. and i did PCT properly (not over the counter products) I am going to florida this weekend to meet with friends at a "quality of life" clinic, pretty much to just pick up my testosterone and also have my panels done. pretty sure i'll be coming up with some unplanned arimidex.

Im really starting to feel the product. Not just during workout, but really throughout the entire day. A general feel of well being, increased vascularity and fullness are really starting to be felt. Its understandable that these were not felt right away as MOST prohormones take almost a week (in some cases two weeks) to accumulate in the body to see/feel results.

Although strength is not my goal, the weights do feel alittle lighter. and even though i probably could up the weight, i currently am now as i am still getting enough pump from what i am lifting now and my goal of recomposition is still progressing. During PCT i will up the weight and lower the reps to give the perceived impression to my body that i have gotten stronger as the ph's leave my system. doing this, along with upping calories again will allow me to keep more of my gains and progress even further.

ON A SIDE NOTE: My new camera will be coming in the mail tomorrow so keep an eyeout for some videos.
 
Switched up my chest workout tonight. Currently resting between sets. Will update when I finish.
 
This time I started with a pre exhaustion move. Light cable flys till failure. Then moved into my standard chest workout with lighter weights and precise movements. Perfect form. Feeling every stretch and contraction.

Tip of the day. When trying to build mass. Check your ego at the door. The biggest guy in the gym is rarely the one lifting the most amount if weight.

It's not over yet. But I am feeling great on this current LG stack.

hey man me and my buddy are going to start this stack in about a week or two i was wondering what times you take the methyl1d and mmv3 throughout the day and which you take before workout if you do
 
8am 12pm 4pm 8pm

I like to spread things out evenly. Also I don't rely on it to get me amped pre workout. For that, I make sure I've hit all my macros and gotten enough sleep. If you hit those you don't need a pre workout to get you in the mood to workout. Treat all supps like what they are, products to be used to enhance your workout asking as you have your diet and training on point :)

Yeah it sucks sometimes. You just have to totally log out of the app and then try again. That usually works
