Stair master 20 minutes
Calf raises 10 sets of 20 (Moderate weight)
Leg ext machine. 6 sets of 10 light weight

my legs were so pumped up with blood i coulnt walk straight, was walking like a duck after six beers my chins were hurting so bad i deff have to up the taurine also back pumps were killing me during legpress but thats my fault because i didnt take taurine should be here today tho. but endurance and power is going way up.
today i went at 8am eastern time and did 3miles on the treadmill nothing crazy.

Abs were super pumped feelin great no blood pressure issues no lethargy just crazy pumps. Im also looking leaner which is a +.
Just did cardio today nothing crazy 1 Mile on treadmill 25 min on stairmaster. I started getting bad pumps in my chins while running I couldn't even bend my ankle so I just jumped on stairmaster.

Today was rest day very busy day at work. I must say though that I'm pumped 24/7 veins running thru my arms this is a excellent product. I can't wait to run the lgscience 4dhea to see how it compares to others.

My entire workout was a circuit basically hitting the heavy bag push ups sprints jumping jacks more bag hitting and kicking then weights, bench Backrow squats light weight ALOT OF REPS. I got s free pass to club ko so yea I threw up after the workout and had very horrible cramps in my abs legs it sucked.
But it was fun to switch it up.
Will weigh my self soon I'm feeling like a animal!
