LG Science Battle Hardener require a SERM?

Might be a stupid question and might be in the wrong section, if it is I am sorry in advanced ! Looking for something very mild that doesn't completely shut down or require a serm. LG Sciences battle hardener kit ok with just the Form XT that it comes with?
