LG & ME with some M1-D BLACK & form-x (Sponsored)

Shoulders last night were great. My workouts have never been so good. Chest today and work around the house. Sunday will be a chill day then im looking for a change up next week back&bi,legs,shoulder, off,chest&tri,back off then back to chest to start off the following week if all goes well. I cut back on my cardio since I have been doing alot at home outdoors cutting the grass etc.

OK anyone Got a bus I can pull im running outta weight at the gym! Loaded up the icarian squat/hackpress the one you can use either way. Ya like it was nuthing I can say I have never done that before. I know I was going to do back bi but ill do that tuesday today just felt like a leg day. We all know how that goes its either a leg day or its not right?

Thats awesome, im going to definitely fallow. Im taking it the strength gains are going through the roof?
 
Is that what its called? Icarian. A hack squat has a steeper incline but similar ideology. Its a great machine - lots of different use for that.

Honestly the strength is just rediculous there is nothing else to say ! So far this has to be the best thing I have ever taken for strength without a doubt. The great part is the strength is easy no struggling with any of the weight all motions are smooth and controlled .

Hold 9 plates each side OH YEAH ! had my knees wrapped so tight they are a little raw from my wraps but it was worth it .
 
Ya looks to be a different angle than the usual hack squat machine. I don't think we have one of those at my gym. I will say, i love sometimes ending leg work on the hack squat. Don't even need more than 2 or 3 plates to get it burning. I like how i can really involve my quads while taking my hips out of it.
 
Back workout was so intense ! Glad thing I have a change up this week it will be back again on sat so its gonna be deadlift time cant wait to see ehat kinda weigt I pull I have not deadlifted since I started the M1-D BLACK.
 
Last nights chest& tris was a light one. Seeing as Im looking forward to hitting back hard today and doing chest again on monday I changed to a high rep workout and really did slow controlled exercises. Looks like I have a few days left on th M1-D then Ill be starting the form :)
 
So I had a few days off and had started the form. Nice Smooth transition between the 2 products so far. Im still Pushing the heavy weight had the 120 lbs db on incline like nothing yesterday and today loaded up that legpress once again but had to stack some weights on top :) My legs are killing me right now ! Now lets so how I do on the form if its half as good as the M1D-Black I will be happy. Weight is holding about the same 210-212 ish range. Body is holding up well its taking a beating but im recovering very well. No complaints so far GREAT Product with the M1D-BLACK that is for sure.
 
Just rocked shoulders like a mad man.
Seated shoulder press smith ended up with 2 plates each side
then shrugs for the same (reverse grip palms out )
incline barbell front raises with 65 straightbar
bend over rear delts with 20 for 5 sets of 15
cable side raise to finish and cardio felling great.
STILL FEELING STRONG

Yesterdays Back was great. Hurting like a big dog today :) in a good way! Going to hit some cardio today and the sauna/jacuzzi.
I have a massage set for Next Sunday so im going to see how my day of rest is today to see what I have planned for the week.
 
Yesterdays chest workout was strong
3 plates on smith flat bench for a few low rep sets then drop set of 2 plates for 20 reps
Incline db 6 sets of 6 with the 90 then drop set with 60
Incline db flies with 60 for 4 sets of 12
flat bench machine close grip for a burn just repped it out until i was shot
Cant wait to hit legs today still feeling strong
Only thing I noticed with the switch from the M1-D BLACK to the form was I broke out for a few days but it went away :)
 
Can you give us a general overview of how much your major lifts have increased, like what they were before and now? We'll see how things go into the Form-X...

I would have to say 15-20 % increase in strength for sure. Im more into the BB aspect of the sport vs the powerlifting so for me the weigh as a number is not much I ever really got into. I usually go by the feel of the weight for the day and take my workouts day by day individually. In the past i tried keeping track of the #'s but for me it was to much of a headgame. Meaning if I had 2 great weeks why was this week so bad even if I felt great.
I would have to say that so far im still holding my strength into the form and the intensity,endurance of my lifts also. The pump,full muscle bellies are not as full as they were 2 weeks ago but with the amount of strength im holding on to so far no complaints. Lets see if I can hold on to the strength for the rest of the bottle :)
 
Last night was a switch up was going to do shoulders and decided on some arms.
Then 30 min cardio , today will be an off day.
 
I was looking over Mongo's log I think Im going to try and add 1 more pill preworkout ! for a total of 4 a day.

Good move with the preworkout add :) Chest today was OK. Since yesterday was a massage I never hit it very heavy the next day but had the 100 lb db's for 10 on incline at the end of my workout :) for a nice slow controlled movement.
 
The extra pill PWO is a great add. I can totally notice a diff. in strength and hardness.
Today was leg day and since im broken down from the massage I used the machines that I never use.
Muscle bellies are not as FULL but the muscles are tight.
I will keep the PWO pill for thhe WO days and stick with 3 on days off.
 
Huh... i like that idea of pulsing it with an additional cap. Nice find.

How do you think your bodycomp changed during this run so far? Notice any extra fat coming off?

Honestly in the last few days everyone at the gym is asking me what im taking:) . I counted what I have let pill wise and its 1 week from this Sunday. So I will be getting some pix up soon. But yes to answer your ? I have noticed it coming off

Excellent. Many of the m1dblack logs seem to show strength gains through the roof. But I don't see much comments on bodycomp. Thanks for sharing. :)
Or could be I just don't look hard enough.
 
The last 2 days lifting were BAD. To much going on at work & home. Sunday I will have one week of the Form-X left. Sunday is also a day off the gym but I have to work :( . Hopefully Monday I will back into it !
 
everyone has their bad days! Keep going as I can see your log is getting better and you should be looking at some mean gains soon :)
 
Ok back at it today and hit chest weight was up from last week and so were reps? Got me still going strong :) the only complaint I have is that the bottle is almost empty :(

I usually use the premade barbells cuz its faster but had to go up on skull crushers today with a 45 each side for the curl bar.
I cant wait to get the pix up this weekend or monday at the latest.
I have had to change routines so much during this stack since my body just keeps wanting MORE! Thats what the M must stand for in the M1D-BLACK :)

Sounds like you had a great run!!
How did you change your routine? Just more volume? And did you do it instinctively? Or did you find your goals changed?

I had to do it on the fly !!!!
Every week I had something planned it just was not enough! Any way I looked at it (weight/excercises)
I would start my workouts and what was usually for set/reps was like a warmup, no joke :)
In all honesty it was very frustrating to go in with a plan and have it not work. Good thing I have been doing this for years and I didnt need a babysitter.
Bad thing is I try to get in the gym before the after work rush and get out. That didnt end up as well but I managed.
The libido has dropped a touch but the strength is still there. Im interested to see how much the strength changes after im all done after a few weeks.
 
So today is a sad day :( This run has come to an end. I have a bday party for my son today so I will give final thoughts/review/pix tom and will follow up in a week to let you know how im feeling a week or so after.

So I would first off like to thank LG again! It was a very generous run and I greatly appreciate the opportunity to log M1D-Black & FORM-X

Just a recap that this was my first time ever using any LG products and I could not have been happier with the quality of the product. Way to gain a new customer guys I will for sure be purchasing this stack before summer time. I would also like to mention that weight went up a few pounds about 2-3 but they were pretty solid and it looks like some back fat came off :)

The M1D-Black could not be more than what it is said or expected to be!!! I could not get over the strength gains that I had on this stuff. Day by day week by week strength gains were very noticable.

OVERALL M1D-BLACK 10 no ?'s about it at all !!!

The form-X was was started at 1 pill 3 times a day. At the end I went to 1 pill 3 times a day with a pill PWO and it worked much better.The transition from the M1D-Black to the form was smooth. The form did keep my lifting strong/heavy but the libido fell of a bit at the end not much but a bit.

FORM-X
Strength-9
Libido-7
Stamina endurance-8

Form-X id give it an overall of an 8.

The combined for the stack I wiould go with a strong solid 9 and would for sure recommend this to anyone looking for IMMIDEATE strength gains!!!

Thanks man No imediate plans/moves I plan on competing inthe masters next year when I hit 35. As far as bulk/cut thats up in the air im just going with the flow :)
