Thank you VaughnTrue, I just received my 1 Andro to log. My question is, I finished a 4 week pct mid December from a 5 week moderate cycle, when can I jump on cycle again with Andro? I was thinking March?...

Time on cycle and pct = time off. So if it was only a 5 week cycle and 4 week pct you should be good to start in a week or two

I've heard that rule of thumb I've always waited a little longer just to let my hormones be back in a normal range for a longer time

Yes you want your body to achieve homeostasis and it's best to make sure you fully recover. That being said, I am unaware of your logging arrangement, but most companies supply the product on the assumption that you will start upon product arrival. You can start when you would like but the rule of thumb is the one I stated above.

Why do you have to include PCT in the time off? So you always have to add 4 extra weeks to time off? God that blows

My guess would be that u should have said something from beginning once u knew u won.
99%of companies would want their log right away.

Ive always assumed that this guideline is basically:

time spent non homeostasis = time spent in homeostasis

Technically during PCT you are recovering, regardless of what your hormonal levels are, thus it is considered non homeostatic and sits on that side of the equation.
